  12.                    Information Sheet and Corporate Licensing Rates

  15.           Tutor  DOS is currently in  use in homes,  schools, and companies
  16.           throughout the United States, Canada, and Great Britain.
  17.  
  18.           The basic licensing agreement which is distributed with Tutor DOS
  19.           states that home  users and  public schools may  use the  program
  20.           without  consideration   of  any  kind.     Private  schools  and
  21.           commercial firms  are expected  to license  the  program if  they
  22.           intend  to add  it to  their software  libraries.   The following
  23.           license fees apply:

  30.                           51-100                       $100.00
  31.                          101-150                       $150.00
  32.                          151-200                       $200.00
  33.                200-Unlimited (Single Site only)        $250.00
  34.                Unlimited National Corporate License    $500.00

  36.                Private School License                     $25.00
  37.                (Applies only to private elementary  schools, secondary
  38.                schools,   and   colleges/universities.  "For   profit"
  39.                training centers  must license  at corporate  rates for
  40.                the  maximum number of copies  to be used  at any given
  41.                time.)

  43.           Licensed corporate  copies are customized to  display the company
  44.           name   on  the  licensing  screen   and  on  the  certificate  of
  45.           completion.
